1. Scope and Applicability
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of websites, webshops, platforms, applications, ticket sales, subscriptions, and services operated under the brand Tilater Entertainment, a brand of Rolling LIVE Entertainment GmbH (“Tilater”, “we”, “us”).
They apply to all users, including visitors, ticket buyers, subscribers, artists, promoters, venues, and business partners, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on the event, Tilater Entertainment may act as event organizer, promoter, or as an intermediary or agent for third-party organizers, artists, or venues. The applicable role is specified in the event description or ticket information.
Where Tilater Entertainment acts as an intermediary or agent, it acts in the name and for the account of the respective event organizer, who is the contractual partner and seller vis-à-vis the ticket buyer.
3. Ticket Sales and Ticketing Services
Ticket sales and ticket processing are technically handled via white-label software solutions provided by third-party ticketing providers. Tilater Entertainment is not the technical operator of the ticketing infrastructure.
Tickets are issued electronically or in printed form and are valid only for the specified event, date, and time. Each ticket grants a single entry and becomes invalid upon first scan.
4. Prices, Fees, and Payment
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include any mandatory fees unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed exclusively through third-party payment service providers. Tilater Entertainment does not store payment or credit card data.
Additional service or handling fees may apply and are disclosed during the purchase process.
5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, tickets are non-refundable, no refund is granted for late arrival or no-show, and tickets are excluded from exchange.
If an event is cancelled, refund or replacement rules are determined by the organizer and applicable law.
Tilater Entertainment reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event programs, line-ups, schedules, or venues. Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
6. Event Entry and Admission
Admission is subject to compliance with venue rules, safety regulations, and age restrictions.
Official identification may be required for age-restricted events.
Tilater Entertainment and venues reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for safety, security, or behavioral reasons, without refund.
7. Subscriptions and Fan Benefits
Tilater Entertainment may offer subscription-based or membership services providing access to benefits such as early ticket access, discounts, or preferential pricing.
Subscriptions do not guarantee access to specific events or ticket availability.
Subscription benefits are personal, non-transferable, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. No entitlement to specific future benefits is granted.
8. Resale and Commercial Use
The resale of tickets for commercial purposes, including auctions or unauthorized platforms, is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
Tilater Entertainment reserves the right to invalidate tickets sold or used in violation of these rules.
9. Intellectual Property and Media Rights
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials published by Tilater Entertainment are protected by intellectual property laws.
By attending an event, visitors acknowledge that photo, video, and audio recordings may be made and used for documentation, promotional, and commercial purposes, unless legally prohibited.
10. Liability
Tilater Entertainment is liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, and loss of profit is excluded where legally permissible.
Where Tilater acts solely as intermediary, liability for event execution rests with the respective organizer or venue.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on our platforms. By using our services, users acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Canton of Zürich, Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
13. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
Tilater Entertainment reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published at the time of use applies.
